New clients and new services
If you’ve never had your hair serviced at our salon, or if you’re trying something new as a returning client, we must assess your hair.
Once you book an appointment for a service, you will receive a digital consult form at the email provided.
In addition, certain services require a separate in-person consultation appointment prior to the service (see below).
Returning clients interested in a new service:
If you’re looking to try something new as a returning client, we need to ensure that the new service works well for your hair. We perform an assessment before we begin the new service. For some services, the assessment must be performed in person as a separate appointment (see below).
