The building isn’t rented.

The owner bought the entire parcel.

All of it.

That means the salon isn’t going anywhere. No surprise moves. No “we’re relocating” posts six months later. It’s a fixed spot. Built to work. Built to last.

That kind of ownership changes how a place feels. You’ll notice.

The space is a smaller version of our Renton location, but the vibe stays the same: Appointments run with intention. Stylists who know natural hair and don’t guess.

If you’ve been to Mr. Naturalz before, this will feel familiar.

If you haven’t, you’ll get it pretty fast.

Opening Timing

We’re aiming for Spring 2026.

That’s the plan.

If it shifts, it shifts. We’re opening when the space is ready, not when the calendar says so.
